How to Apply and use Kuda SoftPOS
Using Kuda SoftPOS is easy and simple. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Sign up for a Kuda Business account on the Kuda website or app. You will need to provide some basic information about yourself and your business, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and business type.
2. Download the Kuda Business mobile app on your smartphone and sign in with your credentials.
3. Tap Sell on the app and enter the amount you want to receive from your customer.
4. Tap Charge and choose the payment method you want to use: Pay with Card, Pay with Kuda, Pay with USSD, or Pay with QR Code.
5. For Pay with Card, ask your customer to tap their card against your phone and enter their PIN. For Pay with Kuda, scan the QR code on your customer’s phone or ask them to enter their Pay ID. For Pay with USSD or QR Code, choose the bank your customer wants to pay with and ask them to dial the USSD code or scan the QR code with their phone.
6. Tap Send Receipt or Skip to complete the transaction.
